A Bad Day NOT A Bad Life

Let me start by saying that life sucks sometimes. I think that people are afraid to say that out loud. I think reality scares people and yet it could save people. I've watched so many try to ignore the truth about their lives and yet they won't change.

When the power goes out, what do you do? You fix it! The same thing goes for life. Yeah, your reality may be a bit more extreme than that, but steps can be taken. Let me be the first to tell you if you haven't heard already, life does not care about your feelings and sometimes people don't either. It's unfair and unjust, but a bad day does not mean a bad life.

See the reality is that you're hurt by the day. Someone said something cruel to you. Your job is frustrating. You feel as if you're not moving forward. Your loved one died. You can't lose weight. The day has hurt you but life itself is not bad. Life itself is filled with possibilities and nothing is coincidence. Everything in our world is connected to the soul. Our world is bound by energy and that energy can be chaotic but don't think for a second that life is always going to be chaos..

There's a method to the madness and all you have to do is remove yourself from the situation and look at things objectively. You belong to the free world, a world full of out-of-the-box thinkers and there's your answer.

Perspective is EVERYTHING.

Someone was cruel to you, but someone was probably cruel to them.

It doesn't make it right but you never know what people are going though.

Your job is frustrating.

Yeah, most jobs are. Your frustration is because you have passion, don't neglect that feeling. You're driven to purpose and in a world full of grey, you can inspire so much color.

A bad day is simply that a bad day. It's a box that you have to take your mind out of. It's a prison that will keep you in shackles if you let it, so please don't. You're better than that and you know it. So please, keep your head up, be encouraged, and know that you are loved.
